Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mafiawallart.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by EMRE GLOBAL LLC, doing business as Mafia Wall Art ("we", "us", "our"), 8 The Green, Ste 6745, Dover, DE 19901, United States. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering and to keep it up to date.

2. Our products

Every piece is made to order in our own workshop after you place your order. We make every effort to show colors and details accurately, but the colors you see depend on your screen, and small variations between the image on the Site and the finished print are normal. Room images are illustrations; sizes are given in inches and centimeters on each product page.

Our artwork is original, fan-inspired art. Film and character names are used only to describe the artwork. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any film studio, production company or rights holder.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product was listed with an obvious pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Site and include the discount stated on the product page, if any. Taxes and, for some destinations, import duties are calculated at checkout where possible; any duties not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient. Payment is taken when you place your order through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

5. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and automatic offers are subject to the conditions shown with them, including validity dates and limits per customer. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to past orders. We may end a promotion at any time, but this does not affect orders already placed.

6. Shipping and delivery

Production usually takes 2–5 business days, after which your order ships with tracking. Shipping is free on every order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Because every piece is made to order, returns are accepted for damaged, defective or incorrect items, and where the law gives you a right of withdrawal (including consumers in the EU and UK). You may cancel free of charge before your order enters production. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including artwork, images, text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical item for personal display. It does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, sell or commercially use the artwork or images.

9. Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and allow us to use it on the Site and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it with automated tools, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including statutory warranties for faulty goods.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
