Production time

Every piece is made to order in our own workshop. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, including the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Available shipping methods and costs for your address are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected, and are displayed at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs or peak seasons are outside our control.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Where available, these are calculated and collected at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery. Otherwise, any duties and taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Your art is packed by hand with protective materials designed to keep it safe in transit. If anything arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. We will make it right.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the customer covers the additional shipping cost.
