Refund policy

Every Mafia Wall Art piece is made to order in our own workshop. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery via our contact page with:

your order number
clear photos of the item and the damage
a photo of the outer packaging

We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You will not be asked to pay for return shipping on damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Change of mind

Because our items are produced individually for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered or color preference, except where required by law (see below).

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us within that period with a clear statement of your decision. You must then return the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We will refund the purchase price and standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item. This right does not apply to items made to your personal specifications (custom sizes or designs).
