How long does it take to make my order?
Every piece is made to order in our own workshop. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't gone into production. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Often, yes. Send us a message with what you have in mind and we will let you know what's possible.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Australia and the European Union. Shipping is free on every order. We are currently unable to ship to the United Kingdom.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will see the options and estimated delivery times before you pay. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and you will receive the link by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
No. Every order ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): all import duties and taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Returns & Damages
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're sorry! Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage and the packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I return an item if I changed my mind?
Because every piece is made to order, we generally don't accept change-of-mind returns. Customers in the EU and UK keep their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus additional options shown at checkout. Prices are shown in your local currency where available.

Are you the same company as your Etsy shops?
